The short version: this is a personal site. It has no advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics and no cookie banner, because it sets no tracking cookies. It counts page views itself, in daily totals only. The only personal data it ever receives is what you type into the contact form.

1. Who is responsible

The operator named in the Impressum. For anything privacy-related, write to [email protected].

2. Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard access logs, including your IP address and the page you requested, in order to serve and protect the site.

3. Page counting, and how to switch it off

Page views are counted in daily totals on the operator's own server. No profile of you is built, no cookie is set, and nothing is stored on your device to do it. Your IP address is not retained with the count.

If you would rather not be counted at all, open any page with ?oa_notrack=1 on the end of the address. That preference is stored locally in your own browser, is never transmitted anywhere, and stops the counting. ?oa_notrack=0 undoes it.

4. The contact form

What you write in the form, and the email address you give so a reply can reach you, are sent to the operator's own server in the European Union and kept as ordinary correspondence. The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is a privacy-preserving alternative to a captcha and does not profile you across sites. Nothing from the form is used for marketing, shared, or used to train anything.

5. Games and other products

Games and applications listed on this site have their own privacy policies, because they do different things than a web page does. Nothing Moved's policy is at /games/nothing-moved/privacy. BeaconFind is covered by its own policy at beaconfind.app/privacy.

6. Your rights

If you are in the EU or EEA you have the right to access, correct, delete and export the personal data held about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

7. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
